The Outaouais region (same etymology as Ottawa) has gorgeous rocky bluffs coiffed with soaring white pines.

This is a standard “big & ugly” house in Gatineau, QC. The landscapes in the Outaouais region are beautiful, but the architecture is not.

This is the north side of  Burnaby Mountain. The near shoreline is known to the Squamish as Khukw’lhukw’ayten .

If I had a million dollars, I still couldn’t afford to buy a house in Burnaby!  Luckily a home is a home no matter what the size!  So…
